Real estate information and services

Property availability, pricing, incentives, qualifications, financing terms, commissions, transaction costs, and other real estate terms are subject to applicable agreements, eligibility requirements, negotiations, and law. Nothing on the Services creates a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, representation, or client relationship unless established through an applicable written agreement.

Consultations and inquiries

Submitting a form, requesting information, or scheduling a consultation authorizes Melrose Group Realty to respond using the contact information provided. A request for information or consultation does not obligate either party to enter a real estate transaction or representation agreement.

We strive to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not warrant that every item will always be complete, current, error-free, or continuously available. Third-party information, property data, maps, social platforms, and linked services may be outside our control.
