User Data Deletion Instructions

Melrose Group Realty respects requests concerning personal information associated with our website, lead-management systems, and applications that connect to Meta technologies.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your use of the Melrose Group Realty application, email melrosegroupbroker@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Please include enough information for us to identify the applicable record, such as the name and email address associated with your request. You may also call (985) 250-0071 for assistance.

What happens after a request

We will review the request, take reasonable steps to verify that it relates to the requester, and delete or de-identify applicable personal information under our control when required and appropriate. We may retain information when necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, transaction-record, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

Meta/Facebook or Instagram information

If information was received through a Meta authorization, we will remove applicable stored authorization data and personal information under our control when the deletion request is valid and no retention obligation applies. Revoking access directly in Facebook or Instagram does not necessarily delete records that must lawfully be retained by Melrose Group Realty.

Confirmation

After processing a verified request, we will provide confirmation using the contact information supplied with the request when reasonably possible.
