Availability is recorded in Central Time (CST/CDT as applicable). A checked day means the agent may be considered for new assignments during that window, subject to all other Broker-controlled routing criteria.

STEP 3

Lead & routing profile

Configure the information Broker/Admin will use when approving your operational profile.

MGR DAY-ONE ROUTING RULE

After Broker approval: Accepting Leads ON • Direct Leads ON • Round Robin ON. Portal Access and Public Profile stay OFF until separately approved. Broker/Admin can override every routing setting.

Onboarding documents & branding

Upload the assets Broker/Admin needs to complete your onboarding package.

Onboarding packet comes later

You do not need to upload a W-9 or referral agreement during intake. After Broker/Admin reviews and approves the intake, MelroseOS prepares the correct individualized agreement package for Broker review and controlled delivery. NON-MGR packets include MGR's W-9 and referral agreement; MGR packets receive the applicable Expectations Agreement.

STEP 5

Review & certification

Confirm the submission rules before sending your complete onboarding package to Broker/Admin.

I certify that the information and documents submitted are accurate. I understand Broker/Admin approval is required before operational access or routing, and NON-MGR assignments remain governed by the applicable referral agreement, referral percentage and Broker-controlled lead rules.
