Your intake has been received.
Your submission is now in Broker review. Nothing becomes operational until the correct approval rules for your agent type are satisfied.
Role-based access to your MelroseOS workspace after approval. Access Authority controls authentication, OTP, sessions and permissions.
MGR agents receive assigned clients and round-robin opportunities based on eligibility, service area, lead type, daily cap and scorecard status.
Contextual next steps and workflow guidance are built into MelroseOS rather than a separate training portal.
Appointments, consultations, follow-up deadlines and reminders will live in the WordPress-native Calendar domain.
Mortgage/affordability, flood-zone, school-system and property-intelligence tools are surfaced according to your role.
Headshots, business cards, W-9s, referral forms and future transaction documents are controlled through secure records rather than public uploads.
Future communications, confirmations, reminders and recruiting messages will be managed from the WordPress-native Communications Authority.
Scorecards become a routing signal for MGR agents. An ACTIVE scorecard keeps an otherwise eligible agent available to the future Lead Authority; a PAUSED scorecard removes the agent from round-robin eligibility until Broker/Admin restores it. Broker/Admin remains the final authority.
After Broker approval, MGR agents start with Accepting Leads, Direct Leads and Round Robin ON unless Broker/Admin changes the routing profile. Portal access and public profile activation remain separate approvals.
NON-MGR agents may participate in Broker-approved round robin after required Expectations and Referral Agreements are returned, accepted, and Broker/Admin separately activates routing. Their assignments carry the approved referral percentage and terms.
Broker/Admin reviews your license, affiliation, uploaded onboarding documents and routing profile. You will receive access only through the approved MelroseOS access process.
